Payments were processed via PayPal when the shop was open. I like PayPal because it was easy to setup and use, and if the shop ever re-opens this will be the preferred payment method.

I do offer free shipping on all of my jewelry. This applies to both the US and international orders. Shipping times can vary.
Domestic items are shipped using the USPS first class service and international orders are shipped with USPS first class international. If you prefer a different shipping method send me an e-mail and I can get you a shipping quote.
"Free shipping" refers to the postage only, and does not include any customs fees or other taxes that may be charged by your local government.
As many of the items on this website are made to order, please be patient. If you are concerned about when your item will ship, or if it has already been shipped, feel free to send me an e-mail.

Refunds and Exchanges:
If you are unhappy with an item or if something doesn't fit contact me and ask to return it within 60 days of receiving the item for a full refund or exchange.
I will also repair any of my handmade chains or re-size any piece of jewelry. In some cases the customer may have to pay the difference in price if requesting a larger item, but in most cases repairs are at no cost.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping. (This includes repairs, re-sizing, exchanges or refunds).

I am no longer taking requests for custom orders. I have not been making jewelry as I was not really making any money at it, and running a business was actually more stressful than I felt it was worth.
