Ordering is easy. Simply click add to cart and a new window (or new tab, depending on your browser) will open showing the current contents of your shopping cart. If you want to change quantities or remove an item you can do so directly in the cart window, or you can click on "continue shopping" to close the cart and keep browsing.

I use PayPal for a couple of reasons. First because it is secure. PayPal handles the secure connection, and they are responsible for the actual financial transaction. Second because I sometimes sell on e-bay, and have had a PayPal account since 2000 or so, which made it easy for me to add it to my site.

I do sometimes take requests for custom items. However, I find them very time consuming, and generally prefer to make items similar to those I already have in the shop. Another thing to keep in mind are that I don't have the ability to do custom castings with my current shop setup. My items are all hand forged, and/or made with purchased findings. Also if you request something custom, please be patient. If do have n idea you may contact me using this form. |
Do you make plus size jewelry? Yes! I can make most items in any size. If your size is not already listed on this site, feel free to send me a message via the contact form. I can usually also make custom sizes smaller than those listed. |
How should I clean my jewelry? The easiest way to clean sterling silver is to by a pre-made cleaner available at any local jewelry store, or even Wal-Mart. I recommend Connoisseurs brand silver cleaner (The gray or "silver" container). This cleaner however will take off any antiquing that may have either occurred over time or may have been intentionally added to your piece.

The best way to find your ring size is to have a jeweler measure your finger. If this is not an option you could also try measuring your finger around the knuckle, but I would leave that for a last resort option as it will be the least accurate.

I do work with gold or other metals on occasion, but my media of choice is sterling silver. If you do want something in a different metal, please be aware that it will be a custom order and I will have to order the materials to make that item. Gold is also significantly more expensive than silver, so it will require a deposit up front.

Do you ever participate in craft fairs? Not often. I have done one or two small outdoor events, but not recently. If I do have an upcoming event, I will post it in the news section.

No, I used to have some work in the Roanoke mall. However the store that was selling my items moved out. Since then I haven't really had any sort of permanent or semi-permanent display.
