How do I Place an Order?
Ordering is easy. Simply click add to cart and a new window (or new tab) will open showing the current contents of your shopping cart. If you want to change quantities or remove an item you can do so directly in the cart window, or you can close the window to continue shopping. when your ready to check out, click the view cart button and continue from there. The shopping cart is hosted by Paypal, however you are not required to have a Paypal account in order to purchase items from this site. Why do you use Paypal? I use paypal for a couple of reasons, but the biggest reasons I use it are because it's secure and it's free. Do you make jewelry for people who can't find anything they like on your site? Of course! For more information click on custom jewelry in the menu on the left. :) Do you make Plus Size Jewelry? Yes! If the size you need is not listed, please send me an e-mail. How do I care for & clean my jewelry? The easiest way to clean sterling silver is to by a pre-made cleaner available at any local jewelry store, or even Wal-Mart. I recommend Connoisseurs brand silver cleaner (The gray or "silver" container). Some stones such as pearls and opal can be sensitive to cleaners and other chemicals. Be sure to read the instructions before using. For sensitive stones Connoisseurs also makes a "Delicate Jewelry" cleaner (the white container). You can usually find a small container for less than $5. Note that the cleaners listed above mearly remove tarnish from the silver, they do not polish the silver. You can purchase and use polishing cloths on your silver jewelry as well. You should be able to find these in the same section as the jewelry cleaners. I do not recommend using ultrasonic or steam cleaners with gemstone set jewelry. Some gemstones can break in these types of cleaners. Another thing to keep in mind when putting on and taking off rings is not to pull on the ring by the stone. Over time this can distort the prongs and cause you to loose the stone. How do I know my Ring Size? You can find your ring size by printing and following the instructions on This Page. Please note that all ring sizes listed on this website are in US and Canadian standard sizes. If you don't use this system but you already know your ring size in say UK sizes for example you can use this chart on Wikipedia to find the US equivalent. |
